We are a boutique firm specializing in estate planning, trust and probate law and the related areas of business and real estate law. DANIEL F. MORRIN, Esq.
Dan has been practicing trust and estate law in San Diego since 1985. He is one of a select few attorneys in San Diego County who have been certified as a specialist in estate planning, trust, and probate law by the State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specialization. Dan’s experience spans the spectrum of estate types, from simple to complex. Dan sensitively and conscientiously guides clients through the loss of loved ones and the disability of children and ailing parents. Dan has been involved in estates from the planning stage, through settlement of trusts, to defense of the estate tax return upon IRS audit.

Dan is a native San Diegan and a graduate of St. Augustine High School, the University of California at San Diego (cum laude), and the University of San Diego School of Law (law review member and author). Dan is a member of the California State Bar (member of the Trusts and Estates Section) and the San Diego County Bar Association (member of the Estate Planning and Elder Law Sections). Dan remains an active part of each of the schools from which he has graduated and other charities through his volunteer activities. Dan has four children, is an avid golfer, and lover of history and travel.
JASON SAMUEL SHEINBERG, Esq.
Jason S. Sheinberg is of counsel to Dan Morrin. Jason is a husband and father above all and understands the needs of families as they plan for life’s up and down events. Jason has been practicing law since 2004. His practice is specific to trust and estates and is centered on the drafting of wills and trusts, trust and probate administrations, asset protection, Medi-Cal planning, conservatorships and guardianships. Jason works with families to make sure their estates are properly planned, and also with beneficiaries and fiduciaries to see to it that estates are properly administered.

Jason loves serving San Diego families and feels incredibly blessed to be a part of this community. Jason is a proud alumnus of the University of San Diego and Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
After passing the California state bar exam Jason joined a medium sized firm in North County San Diego. Jason led the estate planning division of that firm until 2006 when he joined a boutique firm in San Diego’s North Park neighborhood. Jason worked with that firm for nearly 6 years as the lead estate planning attorney. Jason’s favorite thing about practicing law is helping people from all walks of life with their legal matters and then becoming their attorney for life.
Jason is a court-appointed attorney (Guardianship and Conservatorship) in the San Diego Superior Court, and he considers it an honor and a privilege to serve the courts in this manner. Being a court-appointed attorney was his first personal achievement as an attorney, and it has been one of the most vital roles Jason has carried throughout his profession.
Being able to go to the residence of a disabled child or adult and become a part of that person’s family is something that Jason said can never be replicated. The satisfaction that comes from helping an elderly individual find suitable long term care, or helping someone who is developmentally disabled, is beyond compare.
Jason was born and raised in Los Gatos, Calif., and went to Bellarmine College Preparatory in San Jose, Calif. In his free time, Jason enjoys traveling and spending time with his beloved wife, Sara, his twin boys Blake and Evan, his amazing parents, Bruce and Barbara; and all of his family and friends. Jason is a member of the State Bar of California, the San Diego County Bar Association, the Estate Planning Section of the State Bar of California and the University of San Diego Planned Giving Committee. He is very proud to serve on the board of directors of Mountain Shadows Foundation. He received his J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2003 and a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of San Diego in 2000. He is admitted to practice in California, U.S. District Court for the Southern and Central Districts of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
MICHAEL D. NAGLE, Esq.
Michael Nagle practices in the area of Business and Real Estate law. He is a native San Diegan and has practiced law in San Diego for over 32 years. Michael is a graduate of University of Arizona and Thomas Jefferson College of Law in San Diego. Mike received his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, graduating in the top one percent of his class. He distinguished himself in law school as managing editor of the Law Review and earned numerous academic awards.
